Regional Office skilling Training workshop

The Consumer Affairs Team will hold a half day training workshop for Regional Office staff to standardize service delivery to consumers at the head office and the regional office. This harmonization of work processes will ensure uniformity of services offered at the regional offices with those at the head office. Selected staff from the four regional offices and front desk will gather at the Mbale offices to take part in the training on 20th February 2023. This will be preceded by a talk show on IUIU Radio to engage consumers on prevailing consumer issues.
