Consumer Parliament​ is one of the key initiatives of the commission in fulfilment of its consumer protection mandate. Consumer Parliament​ is a platform for multi-stakeholder engagement on communication consumer related issues. The inaugural Consumer Parliament​ was 2014 and the commission has hosted twelve (12) Consumer Parliaments to date. The theme of each Consumer Parliament​ has been informed by trending consumer issues.
