About the Consumer Portal
The UCC Consumer Portal was set up in furtherance of UCC’s consumer protection mandate and is a central reference point for information and education resources for consumers of communications services in Uganda.
Consumers can use the portal to download useful educational tools and resources, make informed choices and complain about communications products and services.
